- Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this completely renovated house, modern and equipped with all the amenities to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay. Designed for rest and enjoyment, it is ideal for families seeking tranquillity without giving up proximity to the sea.
The property has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed (180 x 210 cm), offering maximum comfort for rest. It has a full bathroom with a spacious shower and double washbasin, as well as an additional toilet.
The cosy living-dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, television and a pellet stove, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere during the cooler periods. The open kitchen, with a modern design, features an induction hob and completely new appliances, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to cook with total comfort during your stay.
In the exterior, you will find a space designed to enjoy good weather: a garden with artificial grass, a private swimming pool of 7 x 3 metres, an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun, and outdoor furniture ideal for eating or dining al fresco.
Located in a quiet residential area, the house is just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lloret de Mar, perfectly combining relaxation and proximity to the coast.
The property has air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi, both included in the rental price.
An ideal house to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the Costa Brava, with all the comforts of a completely renovated and new home.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
