Schöne helle, großzügige 45m2 - 2 Zimmer Wohnung gegenüber vom Arsenal, gleich beim Sonnwendviertel, der Ankerbrotfabrik und der CEU. Mit der Straßenbahn D in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, oder in 15 Minuten am Ring im 1. Bezirk.

Es wird Dir an nichts fehlen!
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist ausziehbar, hier können zusätzlich zum Schlafzimmer noch zwei Personen übernachten. Ein Kleiner Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer ermöglicht auch Homeoffice.

Ich bin jederzeit per Mail oder Telefon erreichbar. Der Check-In und die Schlüsselübergabe können flexibel gelöst werden.

In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich das bekannte Veranstaltungsareal `Ankerbrotfabrik`

Das Apartment ist öffentlich hervorragend erreichbar. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie D, 6 und 11 ist man sowohl schnell am Hauptbahnhof, als auch im Stadtzentrum.

Weinliebhaber können mit der Straßenbahnlinie D direkt in die Wiener Weinberge (Döbling) fahren und dort die guten Wiener Weine verkosten.

Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung meistens verfügbar. ACHTUNG: Unter der Woche (Mo-Fr) gilt hier eine Kurzparkzone von 09.00-19.00
