It was one of the best hotel, we’ve stayed! Very comfortable beds, super clean room, amazing bath room. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Vienna central station, we had a lot suitcases, and we didn’t wanted to walk with them far away. So that was exciting to find this wonderful hotel near station. We highly recommend to stay here!

There is much to commend this hotel. The staff were very helpful and answered all our queries. The provision of a tea/coffee station on each floor was very helpful. The proximity to the railway station was excellent. The room was well presented and comfortable. The only real criticism was the lack of hot water in the basin - it was only luke warm most of the time, despite having reported the fault and it was promised that an engineer would be called. The shower was good and there the water was hot. The room was quiet. Despite the problem with the lack of hot water we would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Amazingly close to the main train station in Vienna, very convenient to get downtown by train. Area around it is clean and safe. Only down side is that the rooms are on the smaller side so I would recommend booking the deluxe room if you have a few bags.

The bathroom shower fixture leaked. The soap fixture above the sink was way too close to the bathroom sink. It was only about an inch above the sink and you could only fit a finger and not a hand under it. The bed was too soft and didn’t support well.

This property was so clean! The bathroom was white and sparkling with cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. I am happy to stay here again!

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Bedcover/comforter could be larger. It didn’t cover my husband from shoulders to feet. And he’s only 6’2. More pillows would be great. 1 pillow that flattens out when you put your head down is uncomfortable.

All was great, Jelena at the reception was great and helpful, the only thing i missed in this hotel was a fridge. Breakfast was great.

Long weekend break
Affordable by Vienna standards , well placed 2 mins walk to HBF and all transport links at rear of hotel is a busy shopping area Keplerplatz U Bahn station food choices .The whole hotel is clean and well looked after with each floor having a drinks making facility as there are none in room .I arrived suffering a nasty migraine attack and the agent on reception Zoltan was able to provide us with a room straight away I remain grateful to him the beds are very comfortable but we needed to ask for extra pillows as sadly in common with others the super soft ones provided are very unpleasant at least for me , great shower and fully opening window , but the traffic street noise is an issue .My bug bear was the very weak A/Con it works just at a limited level I like a cold room for sleeping sadly this was hard to achieve .We didn't take the breakfast option , WIFI was stable and good strength . O overall I would stay again try asking for a room on the back of the building for less road noise .

The property is old and needlework, but I don't think Acom Hotels wants to spend the money. For 2full days and 3 nights (out of 4), the front desk promised to have a repair person fix the stuck stopper in the bathroom sink. No such person ever showed, even though he was supposedly on the property during the day. But the real problem with the room is the lighting. There are NO lights to light up the room in the evening or early morning. There are small reading lights on each side of the bed, but that is it. There is a very large floor lamp; but, the light bulb they use is smaller than a christmas tree light, and is effectively useless to light up the room.

The location was perfect. Right by the main train station. We originally booked for one night and then extended it to three nights as we were having so much fun in Vienna. Great reasonable hotel within a walkable city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing it lacked was a room refrigerator.

Jelena at check in was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We had a late flight and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel. Really impressed with this hotel one of the best ever !!

Overnight near the train station. Room was spacious and bed was just the right level of hard/soft. Bathroom items were large bottles to reduce plastic waste. Hotel has a bar and snacks counter and is one block from the train station.
