Gute Anbindung an öv

Die wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig, da etwas älter. Gute Kaffeemaschine und Geräte vorhanden. Bei geschlossenem Fenster eine Ruhige Wohnlage. In der Badewanne dürfte eine Antirutschmatte nicht fehlen, da Badewanne etwas glitschig ist, Wasserabfluss läuft sehr schlecht ab. Beim Eingang dürfte eine Garderobe mit Kleiderbügel sein. Ansonsten für Zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, wenn längere Zeit in Wien verbracht wird. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte am Bahnhof direkt, sehr gut so.

Preis und Lage der Wohnung waren zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine Grundsanierung dringend nötig.Mehrfachdosen hintereinander, Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand. Keine Duschhalterung vorhanden. Obskures Sammelsurium an Küchengegenständen, keine Trinkgläser, nur zwei Spültabs und zwei Rollen WC-Papier vorhanden, zweites Schlafzimmer viel zu eng und als Rumpelkammer genutzt, für vier Personen nur eine Chaiselonge zum gemütlichen Sitzen, unsauber.

Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für zwei Personen und vier Tage. Ein Geschirrspül-Tab. Licht im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ging auch nicht. Sehr dünne Matratzen und auch Bettdecken. Zugenagelte Schränke. Keine Möglichkeit Kleider aufzuhängen.

Abzocke beim auschecken

Alles in allem war die Wohnung für den Preis „in Ordnung“ Nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, wurde ich vom Inhaber angerufen, dass wir die Wohnung hätten besenrein übergeben sollen. Sprich rauskehren und Betten beziehen?! Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört. Desweiteren ging ein Lichtschalter kaputt, welcher sich bei der ersten Benutzung verabschiedete. Wurde wohl auch zur Jahrhundertwende montiert. Alles in allem haben wir eine Rechnung von 180 Euro erhalten für Reinigung und einen Lichtschalter, was eine absolute Frechheit ist. Nie wieder. Man kann nicht für vier Tage 400 Euro Miete kassieren und denken man muss die Wohnung am Ende nicht mal raus saugen. In der Dusche gab es nicht mal eine Halterung für den duschkopf.

Appartement bien situé, proche en transports en commun de la gare centrale et du Karlsplatz. Cuisine rénovée, sinon ameublement un peu daté, mais fonctionnel et propre. Idéal pour trois personnes. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

J'ai hésité vers médiocre! L'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur. Il manquait des serviettes, ce n'était pas propre et il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. Rangement insuffisant pour 3 et la plupart des armoires étaient sous clef ce qui limitait le rangement. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bloqué et nous ne voulions pas attendre que quelqu'un vienne pour le réparer, ça aurait dû être fait avant notre arrivée. La porte de douche n'était pas facile à opérer, etc. Non recommendable!

Sie ist eingerichtet, wie wenn der Besitzer noch hier wohnen würde. Bücher zum Schmökern, ein kleiner Balkon. In der Nähe gibt es eine Parkgarage und in der Umgebung einige Restaurants. Schlüsselübergabe übrigens direkt am Bahnsteig am Bahnhof Meidling. Total unkompliziert.
