Property is really clean, all equipment like new. We visit during fall, so didn't need one, but I assume during summer, air condition system should be needed (didn't see one installed). Flat is very central, cca. 15min walk to Stephan's platz. Only thing I'd suggest to improve (beside AC unit for summertime) is more shower gel bottles and soaps - we got two tinny bottles and soaps for five of us. If you arriving by car, be aware there is no affordable parking on the street, so you'll need to go to some of the garages nearby (which off course are not cheap). Communication was perfect. Thanks whole team for nice stay.

Grote kamers, m.n. leefruimtes ruim in de keuken geen basale schoonmaakspullen (bijv. borstels en doeken) of -middelen aanwezig Lampen functioneerden niet allemaal Stopcontact afwezig aan een kant van een bed Gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend (komen niet tot vloer, terwijl deze zeker 50 cm van het raam af hangen)
