Fully equipped kitchen with stove, electronic cutting machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, hot plates etc.

Just 15 min to Vienna Hauptbahnhof and 15 min to Karlsplatz/Opera by public transport perfect for city explorers

The apartment has an electric recliner chair, ideal for disabled people and the elderly. This makes getting up and sitting down very easy.

DM (drugstore), pharmacy two grocery stores and two super markets within walking distance. There is also a park right next to the apartment which is suitable for relaxation.

The Vienna Central Station lies about 15 min from the apartment via public transportation.

The apartment lies just 3 stops and a short walk from a recreational area with a lake where swimming is allowed. This is perfect in summer if you want to go for a quick swim after sightseeing.
