Cheerful 3-Bedroom house in heart of Vienna

Great place with lots of space. House in the heart of Vienna. Close to Metro Vienna/Fairfax-GMU station and quick ride to Washington DC-Smithsonian area. Updated kitchen and bathroom that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ceramic tile. Hardwood floors throughout and a walk out from the dining area to a concrete patio surrounded by a large fenced in backyard. Due to respect for our neighbors, we do not allow late night parties hosted by our guests.

We were a family of 5 that stayed for two months while our home being renovated. Perfect and easy location, quiet. It is a small house with three bedrooms (1q,1t,1F) and pullout in den. One small bathroom with shower and laundry. Had everything we needed.

We were nearing the end of renovating our own house and needed a place to stay for the final ~3 weeks of work. This property was nearby and convenient. The description is accurate, and the property very clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the property owners were great - very easy to work with. All in all, a very good experience!
