The space

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy 40 m² one-bedroom apartment, perfect for up to 3 guests. It’s located on the first floor of a quiet residential building, giving you peace and privacy during your visit.



The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed along with a small table, making it great for couples, friends, or small families. There’s also a wardrobe to store your clothes and luggage.



The private kitchen is fully equipped for simple cooking, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and cutlery. A dining table with four chairs provides a comfortable space for meals. The shower cabin is also located in the kitchen area, cleverly designed to save space.



The toilet is just outside the apartment, right next to the entrance, and is only for your use.



A washing machine is available inside the apartment, which is very useful for longer stays.
