Issues with booking and checking in. The room was not at all what was shown on the pictures of the room. I normally look at the pictures of a room and consider the differences of the different rooms a hotel offers.

Alles in allem sehr gut

Insgesamt ein super Appartement für einen grossartigen Preis. Abzüge gibt's bei der Sauberkeit, weil noch Kleider vom Vorgänger im Schrank waren sowie der Eimer nicht ganz geleert war. Mehr Gründlichkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung und es ist perfekt.

Very very nice apartment and easy check-in. Clean and neat apartment. Close to metro station and walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace. We found out there was a parking garage nearby, but it would have been nice with some information about parking. There were parking in the street, but we were not sure if we could park our car there without getting a fine.

There was no cooking possibility. We could only eat outside. The washing machine was also a Minus point. The apartment was small and portable.

Most comfortable bed and room I’ve stayed in. Has everything you need besides a cooktop, but has an egg maker and pot and oven/microwave. Great area, easy to get to the center, and great amenities. Only issue is that the person helping me check in had a bit of an attitude and said I was sent an email that I never received (even checked my spam) but all and all I’d stay again.

We stayed in apartment for 4 nights, but we didnt have roomservice, cleaning up and change of towels after every 3 nights. Every person got onnly 2 towels for 5 days,4 nights?!
