Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We arrived late at night and couldn’t get into our VRBO so we had to find another hotel. All of the hotels were completely booked. We were looking for a new hotel for two hours until we finally had one, but the host wasn’t responding the next morning. he asked us to send a video we sent a video but he would respond every 30 to 40 minutes expecting us to still be at the door sending him videos meanwhile we’re on vacation. I would highly not recommend unless you want to spend your whole night trying to get into a jammed door.
