Excellent location, flexible with check in and check out time ( thank you) - but housekeeping wasn’t great ( room had to be chased to be cleaned and when they did it wasn’t very thorough); and the check in/ out was not well handled. Hotel feels very impersonal, lobby very chaotic, and they have a piano which they don’t like anymore ne to touch in the foyer. Bit weird. A good location and good enough, but not great.

Great location which is the reason we booked here. We could walk to all the main tourist attractions but there was also a Vienna hop-on, hop-off bus stop just across the street. The property and staff were great and had everything we need. The only comment I had was that our hand towels had blonde hair on them (we have dark hair so it wasn’t ours) but otherwise, everything else seemed clean enough.

Decent room with functioning AC

Decent room with functioning AC, which is not always the case even in more expensive hotels in the city. We could check in early, and it was conveniently located.
