Excellent hotel.
Great value for money. Hotel is on the older side but clean and roomier than my last hotel with high ceiling. The staff are nice and helpful. Great breakfast selection, free coffee and snacks in lobby and located centrally. 6-8 minute walk to the Albertina/Opera House/etc.

This property has loads of character and the rooms are large and spacious, the pictures shown do not do the property justice, it is much better than the pictures.

Excellent location. Great choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. Only downside was noise outside early in the morning (bedroom at the front of the hotel).

The Mailberger Hof is well located and comfortable. Close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast is very good and our foom was clean and spacious by European standards. Highly recommended!

Lobby is not as good as we expected. Old building with no such renovations. The apartament was big, but amenities and towels were really bad quality. We were 3 persons and they just place 1-2 shampoo and gel bath. Location is very good. An excellent Italian restaurant just the hotel. Air conditioning only in the living room not at the bedroom.

Great location to enjoy the center of Vienna. Breakfast at the hotel is outstanding with all breads and pastries baked fresh onsite. Pillows in the rooms are horrible! I recommend bringing your own pillow if possible. These feel like they are made from recycled carpet pads.

Wonderful stay! Exceeded our expectations
The location was superb, walking distance to everything, yet on a relatively quiet side street , so it was peaceful to sleep at night. Breakfast was FANTASTIC , both in quality and quantity, and the hotel guest service was most helpful and efficient. The front desk took care of our tickets and taxi, had advice and information for everything we asked and was very cordial and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

This hotel is in an excellent location for walking around the old town. I was disappointed with the level of service at the supposed 4 star hotel. Our rooms (we had 2) were not cleaned for the entire 4 day stay. We had to ASK for clean towels on 2 occasions. The bed, pillows and towels were not comfortable. The windows were not sound proof, a lot of noise from the street. There were spiders on the ceilings in both rooms. The breakfast buffet was good although one morning we had a very rude person (not sure if she was a waitress) bring us coffee. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing little hotel in the best area to stay. Walking distance to everything, breakfast was really nice. Not the newest or biggest hotel but absolutely charming, we loved the convenience of the location. Staff was very friendly, I’d come back again.

The room was the size of a closet and the Bathroom even smaller also our room faced an active square with outdoor eating and drinking facilities making all night noise beware you will not be able to sleep!

Lovely boutique hotel in the opera district.
Friendly helpful staff in a prime location near opera house. Quiet walking street with several charming sidewalk restaurants. Rooms have old world charm yet have all the modern conveniences. We loved it!

The hotel is near the busy area of Vienna but on a pedestrian zoned street so there is limited car traffic. It is walkable to many restaurants, tourist sites and metro stops. The cafes on the street made the evenings noisy but the inner courtyard was quiet where you can eat breakfast or relax. They also had a lounge with complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and treats.

Amazing hotel. Perfect city centre location but wonderfully quiet at night-all I could hear were the birds singing in the courtyard. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was long and generous. Staff were all really helpful. Even after checking out we left our bags there and returned late afternoon for free cake and coffee.
