A wonderful stay in Vienna

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located, friendly hotel. It's so nice to have the option of complimentary hot and cold drinks during the day, light snacks, (and night), a quiet atmosphere and welcoming, helpful staff.

Went for 3 nights. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Nice touch that it had espresso machines in the rooms and a coffee and croissants for breakfast. Really a good stay… I would stay here again

Really nice boutique-style hotel right on the high street. Staff were lovely and the rooms were spot on for what we needed them for. Only downside was that we could hear next door’s movie blaring all night long but otherwise no complaints.

The exterior and entrance were unusual for this American, you enter off a busy pedestrian street and go through an ugly vacant room to the elevator which takes you up to the lobby. The lobby is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Very clean,cozy and amazing service all around. The check in and out was very easy,excellent customer service at the front desk,everyone was very helpfull and also spoke multiple languages. Hotel Schani Salon is conveniently located. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than depicted. a couple of things I’d like to have seen; 1) better cleaning of our room and 2) space to put your things.
