The apartment is located next to the Franz Josef train station with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Grocery and bakery next door are opened even on Sundays. Everything needed is around the corner within a stone's throw away.

Nice location

Property easy to access and provided access a day early since we were flying 24 hours prior to access. Much appreciated. Air conditioning was consistent and necessary. Beds were comfortable. Location with easy access to metro and street car. Online listing stated 2 balconies, only 1 available due to a prior guest damage and broken door. Online listing stated washer, could not get washer to power on, reached out to host for help, host took 2 days to respond and stated something wrong with email, told to change settings on washer. Washer had no power. We were not able to use the washer & tried several ways to turn the system on. Prior guests must have partied or had accessive noice. We were informed that the apartment had a noice detection system and a number of no party signs posted around apartment. We found the apartment complex very quiet and barely saw people entering or exiting the building.
