The check in process was easy and quick, the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The room was spacious and clean, I was surprised there wasn't any tea/coffee supplied which is usually standard with a hotel but overall was a pleasant stay. Also, a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the main train station for Vienna

Everything was super easy from checking in to checking out. The staff was incredibly helpful - nothing was too much for them. My son and family live in the area and I will definitely stay here again. I cannot fault it - thank you!

Super clean. Creatively styled and decorated for the small space. No pots or pans yet have a stovetop. But better than last time when I had to go downstairs and carry everything I needed to use the kitchen. Friendlier than usual. The bathroom is new and perfect. View terrible = looking straight into office windows. Paid more than average Vienna same class price but was told a better view out of my room class range. Kettle but no coffee or tea. Bare bones minimal at a higher-than-fair price.

Good location and great welcoming staff.however it’s not great value for money , the price is high compared to what offered. The rooms and the facility cleanliness is not good no house cleaning . Next visit I won’t choose with the same value I can get 2 rooms in a hotel .
