Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Arrived after dark to a building with no light and had to use our phone flashlight to see where we were going. We had to go down a dark and narrow hallway to find where the entrance to the unit was located. The instructions for the lock boxes were clear. On the way to our room we passed a WC with a toilet only. After turning the corner we found our room opposite the shared kitchenette. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We immediately decided we did not feel safe and chose to leave. We never saw the shower. The listing did not clarify that it was a room only with shared bath. We did not check the bed but cleanliness and quality of the shared unit that we saw was questionable. Fortunately we found a true hotel a block away. There were no late evening food options near this property. Stay away!
