Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient. Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.

Nice and spacious room. It is very well connected to the city centre and the main train station. Avoid the bar though unless you are ready to wait more than 1/2 hour to even order. Friendly staff.

We’ve been very happy with our stay at MAXX Hotel. It’s beautifully decorated and located. It’s amazing location for the U Bahn as well as local restaurants. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area and the city.

Very nice hotel in a great location between the inner city and Schönbrun right next to the metro or streetcar station. Modern furnished super comfortable rooms with terrace and view of the city. Great breakfast. The stay was perfect!

Great hotel with an abundance of facilities including a gym, sauna and steam room. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The only let down was the warm room and cleanliness of the floors in our room. Very dusty and hadn’t been mopped. Apart from that, great stay! Would stay again.

the interior was not the newest. the water kettle was leaking water. had to carry the iron and ironing board myself from the lobby to the room (where I assumed the staff would help a little bit). nevertheless, good place for a short stay at this price. the wellness facilities are all free. what a pity that I didnt get to enjoy it!

Top notch experience

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The comfort of the rooms was outstanding, everything was very clean and fresh the spa area was truly relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel took in consideration my requests. The hotel is located conveniently close to the metro/overground station. Definitely a option to consider in a next visit to Vienna.

Staff could be me more warmer/welcoming although it could just be a Vienna thing. Bar area not open until 6pm which isn’t helpful if you want a drink while at the hotel. The room was very spacious and had good facilities, with a 2 night stay I would have expected the tea/coffee to be topped up. Also thebhotel does have good transport links and a supermarket next door which is convenient.
