Unverschämt

Wir wurden eine Stunde vor Ankunft ungefragt in eine andere Wohnung umgebucht, schlechtere Lage, schlechte Ausstattung: Gardinenstange von der Decke auf uns herabgestürzt, duschvorrichtung hat sich aus der Wand gelöst, die Türen schlossen nicht richtig, das Schlafsofa war eine Katastrophe mit einer riesigen Mulde, in der man nicht schlafen konnte und starke Rückenschmerzen bekam. Wirklich eine Frechheit, so eine Wohnung anzubieten! Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück
