Ground floor with windows opening onto shared courtyard. Tiny bathroom that was actually very functional and did what a bathroom should. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had the basics as advertised. Location very convenient.

This property is a mix. I wouldn't describe it as 'modern', it reminded me of most big city flats you have in your 20's- fine but a bit awkward. The bathroom is tiny, even by city standards, and is closed via an accordion screen 'door'. Right outside the windows, next to the bed, are the buildings bins and it was noisy with someone dumping a lot of cardboard early in the morning. The key situation, going next door, upstairs, into a cupboard and then back outside again was a bit annoying. The washing machine wasn't modern and didn't have a dryer that we could tell, but everything else was pretty good. The bed was comfortable, the location worked well for us as we took a lot of uber's and it was quick/convenient. The high ceilings made the space feel big. What we really appreciated was how responsive the host was, this was far more than the average and really nice. Good customer service!
