Pet Policy
- Pet fee - 30€/stay
- All pets must be specified at the time of booking 
- Type of pets allowed: all, except cats
- The maximum amount of pets allowed: 2 
- Pet bowls and pet beds are already provided 
- No pets allowed on furniture/beds 
- The pet cannot be left alone at home or tied up outside 
- Pets mustn't be left unsupervised 
- Guests should bring own towels to wipe paws
- Pick up after your pet 
- Pet damage policy is applied if the rules get broken 
- The damage policy is applied in the amount equal to the repair / extra cleaning fees according to services needed to exclude damages 
- Visitors with pets are not allowed

According to Austrian law, as a real estate management company, we must collect the personal information of our guests.
After booking the apartment, you will receive a link with a digital form. We kindly ask you to provide us with your personal data.

The above-specified data is required for an official and lawful report of guests and will be forwarded to local councils and the tourism association. For the registration, we will refer your data to our business associate. As the main traveler or tour guide, you must declare that this information has been passed on to fellow travelers, for obtaining their consent. You have the right to revoke the hereby communicated data protection regulation in written form until 12 h before the planned arrival day. Without revocation, you have agreed to our data protection declaration policy.
