Stanza sporca e calda

Stanza con moquette molto vecchia piena di macchie. Bagno trascurato e WC sporco. Polvere un po' ovunque sui mobili della stanza. Impiegati quasi 40' per fare il check-in. L'addetto ha conversato e scherzato per tutto il tempo con la cliente che ci precedeva ignorando noi e quelli che ci seguivano. Sembrava una cadid camera. Caldo tremendo, insopportabile. Si poteva chiedere in prestito in ventilatore a torretta, molto rumoroso e pieno di polvere. Per le prime due notti abbiamo pagato circa 50€, le circostanze ci hanno portato a fermarci una terza notte, dopo una "trattative" siamo riusciti a spuntare 70€. Se avete alternative evitate questa struttura.

Das mynext-Augarten Hotel ist ein optisch ansprechender, grosszügiger Altbau, der zur Zeit als Hostel (und Studierendenwohnheim) genutzt wird und als solches überdurchschnittliche Geräumigkeit und den wichtigsten in Hostels zu erwartenden Komfort bietet. Es bietet zwar nicht in allen Zimmern TV und elektronische Haartrockner an, jedoch solide möblierte Zimmer mit Platz für Gepäck/Kleidung (geräumige Schränke!) und Arbeitspulte. Für die heisse Zeit stehen in den Zimmern Ventilatoren und ein geräumiger Kühlschrank für die Eigenverpflegung bereit, fürs Arbeiten/Lesen Tisch- und 1-2 Deckenlampen. Die Zimmer sind mit eigener Toilette&Dusche ausgestattet, die grundsätzlich sauber und ordentlich aber nicht klinisch rein sind. Das Hostel als Ganzes ist nicht mehr in modernstem Zustand (was man den Zimmern, sanitären Anlagen und der ganzen Immobilie auch anmerkt - durchaus auch von der charmanten Seite), jedoch solide und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein Dreierzimmer kann jedoch schon mal aus zwei ordentlichen + einem schmalen Feldbett bestehen, das offensichtlich ein Zweibettzimmer "aufrüsten" soll. Ein grosses Plus geht an Teile des Rezeptionspersonals, die ausgezeichnet informiert sind und auch auf ungewöhnliche Touristenfragen ausführliche, sehr informative Antworten und zahlreiche Tipps haben: War mir bei meinem Aufenthalt und für die Planung weiterer Aufenthalte in Wien super hilfreich!

I have to say I have mixed feelings towards the hostel staff...on the one side I really appreciate staff Sophie for her kind help, on the other side, they let in a MALE in the middle of the night in a FEMALE's dorm , and that happened TWICE.

Très bon établissement. Personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Checking rapide. Wifi qui marche impeccable. Douches et toilettes raisonnables. Grande chambre. Par contre, pas de petit déjeuner proposé et un seul ascenseur pour deux personnes maximum. De plus le paiement se passe de la façon suivante: la somme est bloquée sur votre compte depuis la réservation jusqu’au checkin. Vous n’avez pas de reçu sur place.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier sans charme mais proche des transports en commun. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très agréable.
