Great location in a great city

Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet.

Nice, clean room and daily cleaning service. There is ongoing constructions but didn't affect me too much. Walking distance to University of Vienna and city center. An ideal and affordable choice.

The location of this property was fantastic, offering a good stay, walking distance to everything. It was a very clean space and the quiet surroundings made for a peaceful experience. The main downside was that there was no host to contact . On our morning of checkout the internet was down and we had no one to inform. Plus point the property provided basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean place in a great location, as long as they don't anticipate needing much host interaction. Self check-in was smooth.

The location can't be beat! The rooms were clean, modern, and had thoughtful touches like a bottle of water, snacks, and coffee. The lift was broken when we arrived, which made dragging our luggage up 4 flights of stairs pretty miserable. They did fix it two days later so that was good.

There is totally no service at all, no one to talk with. More similar to Airbnb but without kitchen and other facilities and no one to ask questions or leave the baggage after checkout or before checkin Have only phone number that you can call but nobody answered until we gave up

Ziemlich kleines Appartment für den Preis

Das Appartment sah auf den Bildern einigermaßen gro aus so das wir es für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind für 2 Nächte gebucht haben. Leider war es dann doch ziemlich klein und Nachts hört man die Straße sehr. Aus der Toilette lief das Wasser beim Spülen auf die Fliesen. Naja Preis Leistung passt für uns leider überhaupt nicht. Lage ist aber super.

Abbiamo trovato questo Hotel senza Reception a quasi 2 mesi dal 31/12, ed è stata una scelta un po’ obbligata. € 250 a notte per una matrimoniale senza prima colazione non è certamente poco, ma è alta stagione e la zona è centro (sei di fronte al Rathaus)! Tutto molto pulito, nuovo, con caffè in cialde in camera (1 a testa per giorno 😅), 1 bottiglia d’acqua, 2 croissant confezionati, per 2 notti. Possibilità di scaldare l’acqua in 2 bollitori all’ingresso del piano, con ampia scelta di tisane e tea (gratis). Diciamo che per la cifra sarebbe bello avere la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio prima e dopo il soggiorno. Invece con il codice che ti fa aprire anche la porta di ingresso allo stabile, senza reception, devi per forza portarti addosso i bagagli. Avendo potuto prenotare il viaggio prima avremmo scelto sicuramente una soluzione diversa.

En general es bueno. Lamentablemente, por las remodelaciones que están haciendo en el edificio, no hubo agua caliente, y aunque avisaron que no habría agua por reparaciones, cuando regresó el agua no hubo agua caliente. De os noches que estuve, solo la 1a hubo agua caliente. Los mensajes pidiendo una explicación no fueron contestados por el staff de atención.
