The staff were generally friendly, but service at reception was slow and distracted by chatting. One receptionist was reluctant to help with a simple request for towels, which took unnecessary back-and-forth before being resolved. The rooms are fine but have no windows, and the location is good, about a 30-minute walk from most main attractions.

Very good hotel for couples, also convenient access to a main U-Bahn stop right outside the hotel door and Straßenbahn located across the bridge. Housekeeping was very good and on top of refills and cleaning. Unfortunately the check in via Experian was very slow but easily resolved by the hotel. The hotels food and drinks options are on the higher side compared to most of the city. If you want a safe and convenient hotel give this a go

The bed and linen quality were really comfortable and helped to have a great nights sleep. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and as a group of 4 there was something for everyone. We all ate well. The service and choice at the rooftop bar the previous evening was also a high standard and the staff very friendly and made us welcome. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a small treasure in the downtown of Vienna. The convenience of its location, just a few steps away from U2 Station and walking distance a little bit further for U4, is remarkable. The Hotel stuff was excellent and extremely helpful. We had a little bit of a challenge with the A/C , it was too cold during our first night, but they explained to us how to deal with it and then everything was great. The rooms are not too small, considering that you are in an historical location as Vienna as well. I would recommend to get the breakfast, so delicious and the espresso was phenomenal. The walking distance ability to the Public transportation was fantastic. The restaurant “Schöne Perle“,it was recommended to us from the hotel’s stuff, was on 7 min walking distance and the Winer Schnitzel was amazing. The Apple Maps were working great for any of the directions and using the U2 or any of the transportation as well. Everyone at the hotel spoke English so it was so convenient for everything. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

+ Nice atmosphere. Central location. Rooftop bar was nice to visit during late evening. Restaurant crew very service minded. - Booking made via Hotels.com was lost (even though confirmation mail received) so room not confirmed nor available upon arrival. Receptionist solved this on the spot in a good way luckily.

This is a lovely place. Close to everything and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is awesome and cozy. Breakfast is really good, love the touch of Prosecco. It all so have a good variation. Advice to people before checking in: You will get a mail in advance, we stongly STRONGLY advice you to fill in the form just to speed things up.
