Stilvolles Apartment in Tolle Lage,

  • A modern, stylish, and brand-new apartment. It was freshly renovated in 2022 and furnished with new, high-quality furnishings.

    Centrally located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest subway station. You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes, and there are numerous shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the immediate vicinity.

    Vienna was once again named the most liveable city in 2023. We look forward to making your visit to Vienna something truly special.
    The Accommodation
    The approximately 50 m² apartment features a spacious living and dining area that can also be used as a workspace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, various cooking utensils such as pots and pans…). The bedroom, which includes a closet, is in a separate room; the brick wall gives the room a special charm. The living room features a cosy sofa (with TV) that converts into a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine.

    + Nespresso coffee machine including a welcome capsule

    You can rent an underground parking spot if needed (20€/day). A deposit of 150€ is required for the garage key fob. This deposit will, of course, be refunded to you. To reserve a spot, simply send a quick message after booking :)

    For safety reasons, the apartment’s windows cannot be opened. A ventilation system is in place to supply the apartment with fresh air.
