Good location, lots around the area and not a long walk to big tourist places. Easy to get to via tram or train. Getting into the building is very easy and instructions were easy to follow! Kitchen has the bare essentials, missing things that would make cooking easier (like a cutting board or a bigger cooking pan). Shower never had warm water and toilet had been cleaned but had a strong urine smell. Very much felt like a hostel, shared all spaces with other people besides bedroom, so great if you’re looking to meet new people to adventure with!

The description of the property is very misleading. The toilet, shower and kitchen are shared. If others are staying it can be very noisy. Close to transit and groceries.

* Mucha dificultad para hacer el check in Nos llevo mucho tiempo. Fue preciso contactar a Expidia * El WhatsApp que proporcionan no estaba funcionando * Es un edificio muy viejo, sucio y falta mantenimiento. Había personas en los corredores consumiendo marihuana * Esto de hotel no tiene nada. * Las fotos impresionan pero están muy lejos de la realidad Para una persona con alguna dificultad de movilidad muy complicado tener que subir hasta el tercer piso por las sucias escaleras. * Un solo sanitario en muy mal estado de aseo Al igual que una sola ducha desagradable. Son cinco cuartos y son al menos diez personas * Los colchones olían mal y el tendido de cama estaba sucio. Tan solo dis toallas para tres huéspedes. Fue preciso solicitar reemplazo, un tendido adicional y toalla. * El internet nunca funcionó. * Infortunadamente no había más lugares y deseaba que llegara el último día para regresar a casa. * Lo único bueno la ubicación

Son 5 habitaciones y solo UN baño, la propiedad es horrible. Es un problema llegar, parece de terror, muchísimo ruido en las noches, el check out es a las 10:00 am, no pueden guardarte las maletas como en un hotel, tuve que pagar .10 Euros para que me dejaran salir a las 12:00. No se queden ahí, esta muuuuy feo y las instrucciones para llegar super difíciles.
Solo un baño, sucio y orinado. Un solo baño para 4 habitaciones.

Ci siamo trovati veramente male purtroppo. La prima sera non ha funzionato la caldaia e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia ghiacciata. Fortunatamente al nostro rientro in tarda serata abbiamo trovato la caldaia funzionante. Gli spazi comuni sono molto mal organizzati: nella cucina ci sono soltanto 2 sedie. In bagno mancano appendiabiti. Anche in camera mancano appendiabiti e considerato che non si possono lasciare gli asciugamani negli spazi comuni l'unica soluzione è appenderli umidi nell'armadio insieme ai vestiti puliti. In camera le tende non oscurano la luce del sole e quindi alla mattina presto entrava tanta (troppa) luce. Camera non climatizzata ma con ventilatore che durante la notte non si può usare in quanto molto molto rumoroso. I cestini presenti non sono sufficienti considerando le camere presenti ed anche quello presente in camera è veramente piccolo. Posizione invece molto comoda, ben servita sia da mezzi che servizi.
