Home base in the heart of Vienna

We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. We walked to the museums and theater, even in the snow, it was not far. The underground is a block away and there were always taxis passing by. There is a Billa grocery very close and we were able to cook and relax in this spacious apartment. My only complaint is that one of the duvets (under the duvet cover) was stained with blood and should be removed.

Apartment was lovely and well equipped and very central location close to all main attractions/museums and shopping streets. Only couple of downsides. When I booked the apartment I put down that 3 people will be staying. So the smaller bedroom only had one pillow and one small duvet, slightly bizarre. Would still have liked comfort of 2 pillows, at least, and one big duvet that covers all of the bed. After all when you book a hotel room for 1 person they are not going to come and remove one of the pillows from your bed.... also blind in the smallest bedroom doesn’t work and needs to be fixed. Apart from that everything was great and had lovely short break in Vienna.

Top Place to Stay

Very smooth & simple check in. You just need to remember to make contact 24 hours before. Christian was extremely helpful & responded to my questions promptly. The apartment is excellently positioned for anything you would want to do or go & see in Vienna. It was clean, airy, light, very spacious & warm (it was a cold weekend when we were there!). It had all the kitchen facilities to be self sufficient which is very handy when in Vienna as it is expensive there. The bedrooms were a decent size & the beds extremely comfortable. The living area is huge & has a full dining room table as well as a monster sofa. All in all this is a fantastic place at a very reasonable price & I can thoroughly recommend it. Sadly we didn't take any photos but the ones already on Hotels.com show it well.

Home from home

Superb appartement very close to the centre of Vienna. It was near the Opera end being 3 minutes walk to the free outside evening large screen displays. No tube needed. Everything within easy reach. Appartement was very quiet and no close casino or noise as was implied a possibility. Very clean with full kitchen except no microwave but loads of lovely restaurants nearby. A really nice pied à terre and no problems being let in on arrival- just phone the number when you get there. Remember to remove the 0 from the phone number if using International code. Only tiny gripe very little wardrobe space.

Buen departamento con pésima administración

La entrada al departamento fue muy complicada. No recibimos ninguna instrucción del dueño de cómo entrar. Por suerte encontramos a unos huéspedes del edificio de origen asiático y nos facilitaron la clave para entrar al edificio. Una vez adentro no sabía cuál de los departamentos era el asignado para mí. En mi hoja de reserva estaba escrito TOP8, así que desesperado busque este departamento. Lo encontré en el 3er piso, toque la puerta sin recibir respuesta y decidí dar vuelta a la manija de entrada. La puerta se abrió y vi que en una mesa estaba una llave. Probé que la llave era la que abría la puerta y deduje que la habían dejado para que la usáramos. En los días que estuve usando el departamento no recibí llamada alguna de los administradores

快適。特に家族にお薦め。ただしホテルと違う面も。

アパート型ホテルなので入口に大きな看板はありません。ですので、暗くなると見つけにくいかも知れません。 レセプションがないので、夜遅くにチェックインする方は、事前に連絡が必要です。私の場合はチェックインが２３時過ぎだったので、担当者の方が、事前に部屋の入り方をメールで教えてくれました。 部屋は快適そのもの。オペラ座からは徒歩１０分。徒歩５分のところにＫａｒｌｓｐｌａｔｚ（カールスプラッツ）駅があり、交通至便でした。 ふたつほど、予想外のことがありました。 ひとつは、洗濯機は付いていますが、乾燥機はありませんでした。 もう一つは、部屋の清掃代金を別途請求されたこと。これはインターネット予約するときには分かりませんでした。レセプションがないので、チェックアウト時に、部屋のテーブルに置いて出ていきます。もちろん領収書は出ません。 部屋は清潔で、観光地にも近いですし、周囲にはスーパーマーケットやカフェやレストランがありますので、特に家族連れにはお薦めだと思います。

Big apartment and convenience location

A great service apartment for family with all necessary facilities, e.g. Oven, coffee maker, washing machine and TV. Two bedrooms and the living room having enough space for couple people. Generally, it is a nice place to family staying. Besides, the location is wonderful. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The understation is just 2 minutes walk and a supermarket is just around the corner.
