The location is absolutely amazing ! I had arranged for the representative to meet us at 2pm, however they were no where to be seen which made me very nervous...after calling the mobile # I was told "the representative was helping other guests at another location" would have been nice to receive a phone call vs. me having to figure it out...The double bed while very comfortable is small and slightly awkward to get into. The pull out sofa is very squeaky :( The layout is weird but workable. Could definitely use sprucing up and the supplies were VERY minimal. The pictures shown must be of several apartments only some of them corresponded to ours. Also beware of the taxes I was charged $177.00 in taxes for 2 nights!!

Best for basic needs travelers.
Perhaps our negative review is due to our expectations of the property, but this is not a hotel. This is an apartment. We have stayed in other properties with apartment in the name, and they still operate like a hotel with a reception desk, common areas, and staff. We expected this to be similar. Instead, when we arrived and found ourselves at a loss where to check-in or even enter, we called the phone number for our reservation, and it was explained to us that we would be met with keys. He arrived about 15 minutes later, showed us the apartment and its features, answered our questions, and then let us get on with our day. As for the space itself, it's a bit awkward. The bedroom is tiny, and the bed must be pushed against one wall. This forces one person to either climb over the other to exit, or scoot down to the foot of the bed. The living room furniture is not terribly comfortable - the couch was very hard, and the chairs at the table were also uncomfortable. There is a small step from the kitchen to the foyer/washroom area, so when not paying attention, it's easy to trip. The only basic toiletry provided are a small bottle of shampoo (which was not replaced when empty) and small bars of soap. We found some condiments in the refridgerator, but were unsure how long they had been there. There was a washing maching, but no detergent - we had to buy it and then left it there. The area can't be beat, but this was not our style.

Plus: - This is a phenomenal location, first and foremost - it literally could not be better. - Close to public transportation, but right on the walking street, so no real need. - The high ceilings make a small space feel less closed. - The bathroom was modern and nice. - There were good basic amenities in the apartment, and nice bedding and towels. Minus: - There was hair in the bathroom. - The lid on the bathroom garbage was broken and fell off with a loud clang when opened. - I did not realize when I booked for our family of four that the two "extra" guests literally doubled the price, making it extremely expensive, considering my children had to sleep on a couch.

Pros: Location is perfect, just steps from Stephensplatz and the subway. Apt was very clean. Cons: double bed in a loft (yes, up very steep stairs/ladder), washer but no dryer, horrible mattress, no towel bars. Summary: from reading the cons, it sounds bad, but the location is so outstanding that I give it a neutral review.

You could not ask for a better location in the center of Vienna, walking distance to St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg, aswell as public transit and hop on hop off bus location. The people we dealt with during check in were extremely nice and helpful. The only issues we really had were that the apartment itself wasnt very clean. For a city a luxurious as Vienna we were expecting more, the furniture was pretty run down and cheap and the floors and walls need some real attention. For the price it was a decent stay. If they spent just a little more attention to detail and maintenance we would certainly stay again!

Great Location - With Drawbacks and a Safety Issue
The apartment was in a fantastic location (possibly the most central location available in Vienna), and was very clean. However, there were some issues... 1. SAFETY ISSUE: The apartment shares a hallway with an adjacent business office. The adjacent office staff usually deadlocks the shared outer door in the evening when they leave for the day. When this happens and anyone leaves the apartment with the keys (to allow them to get back in at street level), any guests who remain in the apartment without the keys are physically locked in since there is only one set of keys provided and the shared deadlocked door cannot be opened by just using the internal door handle. This happened to us. Fortunately, we did not have an emergency as there was no alternative means of escape. 2. COMFORT ISSUE: The bedroom is very small and the bed was extremely hard. The sofa was more comfortable. 3. COMFORT ISSUE: The advertised "air conditioning" is a heating-only system. It does not have cooling capability. That said, portable floor fans were provided. In summary, if you are willing to put up with these issues, you will not find a better location in Central Vienna.

A wonderful apartment in the middle of the CBD. Beautiful sights literally steps away from the enterance to building. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. The washing machine was very welcome after travelling for weeks.

Great Location, BUT!
Location is key when traveling so I would def recommend for location. BUT I would not recommend for accommodating 4 adults. The sofa bed is ok but it's by the bathroom so that was very uncomfortable. Also there were no AC so I would avoid summer months. Ventilation is terrible so opening the windows made no difference.

The greatest feature of our stay was the location. It was steps to Stephenson and the street -graben- is a pedestrian only thoroughfare for most of the day. While there was no ice cube tray, and the bedroom was quite small, the accommodation was satisfactory.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Vienna!
Loved the apartment and the location. The apartment was central to everything by foot and the sights that were further away, the train is just at the end of the block. Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, a block away. Restaurants and bars everywhere! Starbucks across the street! My only complaint, and it's a personal preference was that the mattress was very hard.

Loved this Apartment and Vienna
The apartment was clean and well equipped and surprisingling spacious, with really high ceilings and windows. The bed was comfortable if a little firm and kitchen well equipped. Great walk in shower too. You manage your own heating as well - it has gas central heating. Where this place wins is in its location right on the premier shopping street in the centre of Vienna. Literally you walk out into the equivalent of London's West End. You are a five minute walk from St Stephens Church - recommend the Catacombs Tour there and within 15-20 minute walk of all the Christmas Markets, churches, palaces, parliament etc. We did the Big Bus Tour and all the sights and ate well. Food was great but be warned can be expensive. You can shop nearby and cook yourself of course. One point about the apartment there is a large TV but couldn't find any English channels. If you speak German you'll be OK. We carry iPad to HDMI adapters and a cable so can watch some movies and downloads. You shouldn't need to watch TV as there's so much to see!

Fantastic location and immaculate apartment
Very good stay. Location is perfect - right in the centre of the shopping district but close to taxis and lots of restaurants. Apartment very quiet. My partner and I are young so easily got up to the bed which is in a bunk style. Although there is also a single bed on ground floor. Heating was brilliant (very cold in Vienna when we were there) and was a real treat to get back and warm up very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we visit Vienna.

The apartment location was perfect as it was walking distance to many museums, palaces, shopping, restaurants and other tourist stops. The apartment was clean, modernly decorated, well kept and include free drinks, such as water, juice and champagne. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal and clean up afterwards, although we did not use it. The elevator/lift is rather small but can fit about 2 people and luggage, we primarily used the staircase. There is a washer in the apartment but no dryer. However there were drying racks and closet space to hang wet clothes. Lastly, the check in and check out process was simple and easy, we were even allowed to check in early around 11 AM. Overall it was a great location and clean space to stay for those looking to visit tourist and shopping spots.

Very nice apartment with excellent amenities
The only problem is that there is no customer service at all! No email responses and no responses to my calls. I needed to extend one night and I never got any response to my request. The same when they asked for flight details and arrival time to request a person to greet you ( their instructions to the keys were very clear though and found they key right away) but I come to Vienna a lot for work and I would have stayed there again if I knew they responded to emails for proper customer service.

Great Place to Stay in Vienna
The apartment was in great condition and included a washer/dryer for personal use. The shower was incredible. The location could not have been better located for roaming locally and also close to the metro. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As there is no lobby, checking in required ringing a doorbell, but other than that, everything went very smoothly.

Pontos a melhorar: não tem ar condicionado, apenas dois ventiladores de chão que ajudam pouco e faz muito calor. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Die Fenster unseres Appartements gingen zu zwei Lichthöfen. Mit Aussicht war also nichts. Dafür war es andererseits sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Essen Kochen hat funktioniert. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe; Restaurants und Cafes sowieso.

Excellente situation géographique au coeur de ville historique avec plein de commerces (et jolies boutiques ) et d ' animation. 아파트 입구를 혼자서 찾느라 굉장히 고생했어요 처음부터 미리 이메일로 알려주면 좋을것을 혼자 미리가서 찾아보다가 속터질뻔 했어요 미리 열쇠를 받을 사람과 연락해야 하는것도 너무 닥쳐서 알아서 당황 했고요 레지던스라 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡기질 못하는점도 개인의 여행일정에 상관 없는지 확인해보시고 일정에 맞게 이곳을 예약하면 좋겠어요 위치는 정말 최고입니다 근데 가격이 너무 비쌌어요 그래도 제가 경험해보고 싶어간거지만 이집은 여럿이 함께쓰기 좋겠어요 쓰레기를 직접 내버려야하는것은 좀 그랬어요 집안 쓰레기통에 두는거까지만 해주면좋겠어요 그 외엔 모두 너무 좋았습니다 며칠 더 지내고싶은 위치와 집이에요

Very good location to enjoy the attractions of Vienna. You can cook or wash clothes in this apartment. Bed is combined by two mattresses and thus, not so comfortable. You can pay some money to check in earlier or check out late or drop baggage in the apartment. Finally, the electric power was tripped off at night. We took shower and packaged baggage in the dark.

Wir waren vor der Buchung aufgrund der in Expedia veröffentlichte Bilder (Appartement 15c) überzeugt. Vor Ort waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht über den Zustand und Sauberkeit der Einrichtung. Beim Check in haben wir das Personal angesprochen, es wurde sich einfach nur entschuldigt jedoch weiter nichts unternommen!!! Das Bett und die Bettcouch sind durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist im sehr unsauberen Zustand. Die Spülmaschine könnte während unseren Aufenthalt nicht genutzt werden da defekt. Beim Versuch es zu benutzen ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Das Personal hat zwei mal die Monteure kommen lassen jedoch ohne Erfolg, bisher haben keinen Nachlass diesbezüglich erhalten. wir müssten für gesamte Zeit selbst die Hygieneartikel Toilettenpapier und küchenpapier kaufen!!! Es sind auch Bilder der Matratzen mit Flecken und Haare und die schmutzige Toilette vorhanden jedoch ist aufgrund der Speicherplatz hier nicht möglich sie hochzuladen

Kurzurlaub in Wien
Da wir auf dieses Hotel (was gar keins war) umgebucht wurden, könnten wir uns vorher nicht genau informieren. Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut und geht glaube nicht besser. Es gibt im Umkreis von 1.5 km keine Parkplätze und danach auch nur ein Parkhaus mit Parkgebühren von 40€/ Tag. Für 3 Personen gab es nur 2mal Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Haben versucht es telef. und per Mail zu klären, aber sobald die Wohnung übergeben, erreicht man niemanden mehr. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet ( sollte aber mal auf Verfall von den Angebotenen Getränken geprüft werden). Trotz Innenstadt ist es extrem ruhig. Die Reinigung det Toilette wurde wahrscheinlich nur vergessen, da der Rest der Wohnung i.O. war. Im großen und ganzen hat die Lage einiges wieder gut gemacht und den Aufenthalt in Wien zum Unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.

とてもいいホテルでしたが・・・・。
街の中心部に位置し、立地は抜群でした。リビングルームはゆったりしていましたが、シングルベッドの幅が狭く寝にくかったです。ロフトがあり、そこにダブルベッドがありましたが、階段が急で恐かったです。部屋は静かで良かったけれど、ホテルと違い、フロントがなく事前に連絡を取るのに大変な思いをしました。ホテルズドットコムの対応も良くなかったので、初めての方にはお勧めできません。

Great location. Rooms are OK, but not too spacious. However, great Altstadtwohnung with high ceilings right in the heart of Vienna. Sofa could be bigger in appt than 15B. Very quiet rooms and perfect access to inner city circle. All attractions in walking distance. Good space for a weekend stay.
