Home like stay in Vienna

We stayed 9 days at this lovely apartment, wonderfully located near Belvedere Palace. The apartment is quiet in a secure building & felt very safe. The outdoor patio & big windows were a plus on warm, sunny days. Would love to come back & stay here again!

Spacious penthouse apartment

We enjoyed our stay immensely in this quiet but conveniently located apartment and greatly appreciated having air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room during a very warm period in Vienna. Highly recommended!

Needs some TLC

We stayed here for four nights and found the space to be more or less as featured in the listing. However, it should be noted that the apartment is on the top floor of an office building and has a very cold and impersonal feel because of this. We arrived in the evening and the building was dark and all the floors below (as we went up in the glass-walled elevator) were dark. A bit creepy, really. The apartment is spacious and comfortable enough, but also in need of some repairs and a little decor. The wall behind the kitchen sink has been water damaged and is just covered over with packing tape, there are nails/hooks in the wall in a few places that have nothing on them, and there is a large electronic device with no cover on the wall in the living room that makes the place look shabby and broken down. We chose the place mainly because of the balcony; it is large and we used it quite a bit, but it also lacks style or comfort (only the two wicker chairs have cushions while the small wicker sofa does not). Again, a little effort and attention to detail would go a long way.

Appartement grand et plutôt bien situé

La mauvaise note mise vient d'un problème qui existait avant notre arrivée et qui, bien qu'évident, n'avait pas été pris en compte. Avec une mauvaise réactivité de l'équipe sur place il n'a pas non plus été réglé avant notre départ ! La porte fenêtre donnant sur la grande terrasse ne fermait pas (un simple coup de vent l'ouvrait) or il fait froid à cette période de l'année... Sinon grand appartement assez agréable d'où l'on peut se rendre à pieds au Belvédère et dans tout l'intérieur du ring.
