Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :)

Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely.

We felt very comfortable at WELTWIEN during our stay in Vienna. We would particularly like to emphasize the great service. We were always helped immediately with any questions or requests - whether it was an early check-in, help with switching off the air conditioning or luggage storage. The room itself was also very nicely decorated and well equipped, so that you immediately felt at home. Only the surroundings are not particularly beautiful. But with a little more research beforehand, you could have known that.

There is construction happening on the property. The front entrance was blocked and I found out after I arrived. This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When I arrived, I was so confused how I was going to even enter the building and tried contacting them so many times to no avail. The rest of the stay was equally horrible because the construction would wake me up every morning and go on throughout the day making it impossible to rest properly. I can't believe it's okay for them to deceive guests like this and not let them know. They notified me on the day I was arriving how to get in because staff literally leave when it's check-in time and if they had just let me known about the construction at any time, I could have just booked another place. It's such a disrespectful thing to do and hide from guests.

Ótimo apart hotel, limpo e confortável,staff gentil. Por azar, obras na rua em frente ao hotel dificultam muito o acesso, especialmente com malas. Dois cons: nao limpam o apto ou trocam toalhas com frequência e, infelizmente standard em quase todos hotéis, iluminação no quarto muito ruim. Mesmo assim, ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Tolles Appartement. Sehr ruhig. Einigermaßen zentral. Sehr freundliches und kompentes Personal das sehr aufmerksam ist. Gerne wieder. Dank auch an Expedia selber, die anstandslos zwei Nächte rückerstattet haben da die IT gestreikt hatte und wir zwei Tage später fliegen mussten.

Habe Michael und Anett kennengelernt: sehr zugewandt und aufmerksam. Künstlerische Gestaltung des gesamten Hauses sehr phantasievoll.
