  • Beautiful apartment with in quiet location with garden access, near the center! Feel at home and enjoy your stay in my spacious apartment, relax after a busy day in my beautiful garden with hammock.

    During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment. You will also have a personal key for the apartment and the main entrance to ensure a smooth flow of your stay. The garden is separate from the apartment in the groundfloor.

    My co-hosts will take care of your booking and help you with any questions. You can always contact them via messenger, they are always happy to help :)

    Enjoy a city walk through the 6th district and come to enjoy Viennese coffeehouse culture, delicious Asian cuisine, a unique view over the city and much more!

    There is a beautiful garden which you are welcome to use.
    In the garden there is a table with chairs to have breakfast, read or work in the greenery and a hammock to relax.

    • City tax is not included and will be charged separately at check-in
    • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    • No smoking inside (EUR 200 cleaning fee in case of violation)

The bed and bathroom linens were amazingly clean, beautiful. The garden is not usable. It was overgrown and it is not part of the apartment. Very quiet and residential area. Not touristic. Far from all the tourist attractions. Need an Uber or taxi to get out of the neighborhood. But close to a lovely little market, and some local cafes that were very sweet.
