"Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one."

"I am unable to rate this property because after I received confirmation of my booking prior to boarding my plane. Once my flight landed I was unable to reach the property by phone and received a message saying that my reservation was cancelled. The message was sent to WhatsApp and I was walking HCMC at midnight searching for a new hotel with language barriers. Horrible experience and with such a late same day notice the property should have made accommodations instead. "

"All the bed linens and bedding sheets plus the towels are old, turned yellow and the bed sheets and pillows are smelly, they are washing them in their only washing machines and hang try, needs professional cleaning services."
