"Location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. The rooms were visibly clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was finding roaches in the bathroom during our very last night. Due to checkout being in 6 hours we decided to just stay in the room but we were told that we would’ve been able to switch rooms if we had told them (at 5am). The pictures included of the bugs are from videos recorded in the bathroom. Parking was very easy to navigate and not too far from the rooms depending on which one you get. $50 deposit upon arrival which we were only informed of after booking despite initial conversations on the phone prior to booking. There is a little convenience shop kiosk on site for snacks but you’re definitely paying for the convenience based on the prices. Despite the bugs would stay here again for ease and the overall price of our 2 bed 4 night stay. The very latest you can checkout without a fee is 11:45am to the minute "

"I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before and never had any issues so therefore I called the bank and stop payment on the account do the fact she misled me when I booked the reservation so their customer service is horrible. Their manager backed her up and said he would not return my money so now they’re gonna have to fight for it. I understand there’s misunderstanding, but I also ran hotels for 35 years owned and operated for restaurants never in the world would I ever have treated a return guest the way I was treated by this hotel I had my credit card on file if there were any thing that needed to be charged ."

"Overall, it was a great stay. The area was wonderful and conveniently located near everything we needed. The staff were nice, respectful, and welcoming. The pool was a great addition as well. The only downside was the bed, which could use some improvement as it caused some back discomfort. Other than that, it was a new and enjoyable experience."
