END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €100/Optional linen: see agency for rates).
Pets not allowed.
A €25/week or short stay fee will be charged between mid-OCTOBER and mid-JUNE included.
A €100 cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival by bank imprint or check.
