"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "Everywhere was immaculately clean . The staff were highly professional, pleasant , friendly , nothing was too much trouble , and all so genuine in their manner. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff . The glass bottom boat trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you . The view from my room was amazing . I have had 3 day packages at this hotel in previous years, all very enjoyable and this is why I wished to return to stay . As a solo female traveller I felt extremely comfortable . I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and hope to in the future. Thank you for such a great few days . "

"The food is excellent, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room( Bang on the beach) had a wonderful view onto the beach. You could walk far in both directions from the hotel. The water is clear and clean. The sand is soft. It was a wonderful experience !"

"Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next door. Would definitely stay there again!! "

"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts of Mauritius). The location is great if you need to be central. We were staying in the North earlier on, but found out that we spent too much time in traffic as we needed to sight-see in the West. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas to add to the holiday cheer! The hotel is also close to Tribeca shopping mall which has heaps of eateries. My family and I have enjoyed our stay at Hennessy Park Hotel and would definitely stay there again. ☺️"
