Facing the canal between Champagne and Burgundy, with a children's playground and mini-golf course, this furnished, high-quality property (heat pump heating, double-flow ventilation, solar water heater, etc.) is located on one level, with a terrace and pergola. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided. A kitchen area with a dining room, living room, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm) in each bedroom. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Cleaning for companies: €52. If the property is not returned in the condition in which it was booked, a cleaning invoice will be required. Bed linen and towels are provided.
