Covered and private terrace. On the ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining and relaxation area (2 seater sofa bed). Shower room and separate wc. Upstairs, sleeping area (140 latex bed) in the mezzanine. Central heating. To air-condition. Pets not allowed.
