"It’s a bit tired of a hotel. The staff is quite rude and curt (multiple staff at the front desk). Very un-Finnish experience. Something they could do is say hello welcome can I help you things like this. They stare at their computer monitors and they’re very curt with their answers. The room was very terrible with poor HVAC, which only works in the area near the bathroom, but not the room because it’s badly designed. Overall, the Hotel feels very dated, and it needs to be renovated."

"This is my third or fourth stay at this hotel, it is a good value for money option. The rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted in them despite being in an older building. The breakfast is a highlight as it is one of the best buffets I have experienced with every taste catered for. The hotel is a convenient 5 minute walk from the main railway station and within easy walking of the harbour and City Centre. The check in was very busy when we arrived but the staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism is that the room smelled a bit musty on arrival but bed was comfy and tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome."

"Quiet and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Really appreciated the early breakfast option as we had to go to the airport at 5:30 am. 5 minute walk to airport. Also could easily take train to downtown Helsinki."

"Everything was perfect for our overnight stay in Helsinki to fill the gap between our flights. The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station, so you do not have to take a taxi for the trip between the airport and the hotel."
