Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. Located on a quiet residential road with front door parking, storm shutters for black out shades, AC, private deck, lovely kitchen set up, and super comfy beds.
