"Good location, clean hotel. Mostly families (stayed in July 2026) with a few groups, but a very relaxed/safe feeling. Pool area was fine, breakfast buffet really good, did not eat lunch or dinner so cannot comment."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again."

Ohtels La Hacienda

"Quick check in. Large 2× double bedded room with large bathroom. Ours had an issue with the shower leaking outside of the screen into the floor. Restaurant was large and accommodated for large groups. Food variety was brilliant. Only criticism is that we were not able to get a fried egg for breakfast as their was only one man cooking eggs and omelettes and always a large queue. Signs all around the pool about not reserving sunbeds which was not enforced, hence people were rushing to grab beds at 10am opening and then going off elsewhere. If you have a policy then enforce it. Quite simple to do but they chose to ignore that fact. Hotel in good location only 15 mins from airport."
