"Refreshing the room , sonority, cleaning the upholstery all over the hotel (room, restaurant, front desk, etc) wouldn’t hurt I strongly suggest indicating that parking is not free on whatever platform peoples are reserving there! My questioning is why hide the 11€/night charge upon check in (not a big deal for us) for parking from a pompus receptionist that could not help himself telling me that it’s nowhere on platform that they show the charge for parking,,! It just give the impression of what else are you hiding from your customers! Nothing else about the others staff we Haddad great service for the whole week there! "

"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot. "

"Hotel clean, no airport shuttle but airport bus nearby. After multiple times speaking with staff about airport transfer options, in the middle of the night, no one mentioned that a time change (Daylight Savings) was going into effect. Resulting in chaos & mad dash to airport. You would think this would be something that you would warn guests about."

"I arrived late at night with my two young children. The check in was quick and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that breakfast was included. A cot had been placed in the room without me having to ask and the whole place was accessible for my pushchair. We had breakfast in the morning and enjoyed some time in the large, well looked after garden. I would definitely consider staying here again especially with kids "
