  • Villa Rosalbita is the perfect place to enjoy nature with all the best amenities. A peaceful retreat for relaxation or remote work, it features 4,000 m² of green spaces and a beautiful view. Located 5 km from Sutamarchán and 10 km from Villa de Leyva, in the village of Roa. It’s close to all the major tourist attractions, such as Gondava, Periquera, Pozos Azules, Casa Terracota, the Ostrich Farm, Ráquira, and Sáchica… etc.
    The house has a master bedroom with a private bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is also a trundle bed that can be set up in the living room or the master bedroom. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a living room and dining room that can be expanded to open onto the terrace—ideal for barbecues.
