Very quiet, private property. Easy walking to 'downtown' area and even to the Oktoberfest grounds. Walking home late at night was not an issue. Felt secure. Secure parking and we were able to come and go as we pleased. Room was nicely appointed. Bed was VERY firm. Private balcony for morning sitting or evening relaxing. Hosts were very nice and accommodating although they spoke minimal English. My Spanish was also minimal so if you needed lots of advice or directions, this could be an issue although with the google translate app, its less of an issue. I would certainly stay here again.
