"Everything was fine but AC broke (for entire hotel). No help what so ever. No refund. No fans. No communication. Was out for entire trip. Impossible to sleep and the lack of proactive assistance in resolving. So many guests fuming."

"The stay was very comfortable, but I would like to say that some beds were covered by ants. We use to clean it before sleeping and everyday we arrived at night was again full of ants. After waking up, ants were covering us while sleeping. Apart from that, I think it's a very economic place to stay. ..."
