"Check in was unpleasant, there were only 2 staff members and one staff member was on the phone and the other staff member that assisted me was overwhelmed. He mademe wait, write down my information even though i had a reservation as he had to attend to other customers they were at the concession. "

"The property and staff were very professional and kind. The check in experience because of Expedia's screw up was less than terrible. I reserved 3 Rooms for my family and Expedia only reserved 2 rooms. After a one hour and 30 minute conversation with Expedia by I was finally credited back for the one room and the hotel generously approved the same rate for the third room. Expedia needs Quality Customer Service training in the worst way!"

"James was great! Very communicative and professional! The house was very well maintained and really clean! There were little details that made the stay even better. The rooms were very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We had plenty of towels and black towels for makeup.I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone to do the same."

"The host experience and the amenities were below my expectation. The heat was not working on the first night of my stay and it was the coldest night of the winter, below zero temperatures. The host was slow to respond, promised a credit that I have to received. I emailed Vrbo about my situation and issues and they have yet to rectify the situation. "

"The host was very nice and accommodating. He allowed us to check in earlier. Rental was stocked well and clean."

"This isn't as nice as the pictures show. The bedroom a/c was a portable which is fine, but it wasn't connected well and the hose fell out of the window so we couldn't use it. The a/c knob fell off the unit in the living area. The old thermostat on the wall was barely taped to the wall and fell off. No instructions of where to take trash, luckily we found the dumpster. I wish I had taken pictures. Overall it was ok, but definitely needs improvement. There were new towels and wash rags, but weren't even washed. Maybe that's just me, but I like mine to be freshly washed before I use them. "
