"Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Spabereich war auch sehr schön, mit Dampfbad, Sauna und einem Whirpool sowie Aussenpool. Das Hotel ist neu und dementsprechend ist alles sehr modern und schön. "

"The hotel is well situated in the old town. The main train stain is 10 min walk maximum. The reception staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great in a nice homely environment. The hotel is recommended and was good value for money if a little tricky to find. "

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

"Nice rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant staff really helpful. Postcode took us somewhere miles away up a mountain. Communication was in German and sent pre-arrival emails that were really important because there's not 24/7 staff at the hotel."
