"We were greeted quickly at the door when we arrived. Our room was clean, and we were happy to see a small frig and microwave. The building is aged, but it is being kept clean and simple. The noise level is very low, and black out curtains let us sleep in! The manager is very friendly."

"Comfortable, clean, cozy. Outstanding communication from host. We had some rainy weather, which made sitting in the enclosed porch/ three-season room a pleasant place to read and watch the river. Nearby town of Byron has two good supermarkets and a number of good places to eat. All serve generous portions! Highly recommend this quiet spot. We enjoyed our long weekend very much."

"We had a great time!! View was perfect. The deck for morning coffee watching the sun rise and the back porch for game time while still being able to see the view.Large kitchen made it easy for multiple chefs but the outside grill was used the most.By the way....the on-site laundry (which isn't shown on the listing) was used several times due to the water tubing, kayaking crew. Overall great time!"
