The description of the services and property are embellished. It was rustic, and remote. No access to cooking area, pool small, bedding was old and ripped. The floor was covered in dirt/sand. The air conditioner worked as long as you were happy to be frozen. If you have a caravan and need a place to stop to organise yourself it is okay. Not suitable for romantic couple trip.

Bien, pero pueden mejorar un poco.

Muy bonita finca, pero no es un hotel, es mas bien un airbnb. Lamentablemente la regadera fatal, no salia el agua por la cebolla y tampoco drenaba el agua. La cama tenia unas sabanas que se movian todas. Muy cerca de la zona arqueologica.

La habitación no cuenta con chapa la puerta, no dejaron jabón, ni papel de baño, el agua del tinaco se estaba tirando y fue necesario cerrar la llave de paso para evitar desperdicio y quitar el ruido, polvo en la habitación, sin cortina o cancel de la regadera al wc, por lo que el piso se mojo y tenia que pasar por el agua para ir al baño

La propiedad es bonita como concepto de cabaña. Pero está descuidada, los colchones son muy viejos y su vida útil terminó hace varios años, no tiene agua caliente, el baño tiene escurrimiento, hay goteras en una de las camas, el lugar donde está ubicada es inhóspito y fuera de la ciudad. No es recomendable que Expedía los tenga como opción.

Es una propiedad súper descuidada, muy vieja, en mal estado, el baño terrible, no pusieron ni lo más básico como jabón de manos toalla de manos, shampoo el aire acondicionado no enfrió, todo mal, a la hora del check in apenas llegaron a abrir la habitación y esperar una hora para que la limpiaran, le dije al personal de limpieza que pusiera jabón y shampoo y me respondió que solo limpiaba que no tenía nada que ver !

terrible servicio del dueño_administrado "Ricardo" , no contesta las llamadas ni mensajes pidiéndole que proporcionen el jabón de baño, el papel de baño y la sábana-cobija. El personal de aseo (tal vez el mismo tal Ricardo) se lleva el papel de baño y jabó que había. La regadera huele a caño la puerta del cuarto no es segura y para cerrar el cerrojo está dañado, una pata y pueden abrir y entrar. la luz interior es terriblemente baja las cortínas llenas de suciedad desde polvo-mosquitos a la grasa de manos de alguien sucio. el colchón asqueroso y dañado solamente habia UNA, solamente UNA sábana y el aire acondicionado NO se puede apagar así que el frío no deja descansar, y los cojínes o extremadamente duros y altos ó extremadamente bofios y delgados y todos viejos. el foco del baño estaba fundido y tuve que reemplazarlo tomando uno del pasillo, el sr. "Ricardo" no contesta. Exige el Sr. Ricardo que se le transfiera siendo que el problema es de ellos con su conexión con EXPEDIA, pues buen se le transfirió 5 días antes y para recibir éste pésimo servicio NO VENGAN A ÉSTE LUGAR.

Me robaron por engaño de lo mostrado en la página

Realmente fue terrible, después de un viaje de 8 horas llegas y no hay quién te reciba, tienes que hablar a un número telefónico para que te digan donde está la llave, entras y encuentras sucio, probablemente las sábanas del huésped anterior, un olor nada agradable, por lo que no hice uso del lugar, es un robó, que hoteles, .com no debería promover. Nunca acudan a ese lugar

Toen we al op weg waren( met de bus) ktegen we een apje dat we niet terecht konden in het hotel wegens een klein brandje, OK dat kan maar geen sugesties om ergens anders te logeren of ons te helpen een ander hotel te vinden. Enkel de vraag om ons banknr door te geven zodat ze ons betaalde bedrag terug konden story en. Tot op heden niks meer gehoord

No vale lo que cuesta

No tuvimos agua caliente por 3 de las 5 noches que nos hospedamos, el boiler se esta deshaciendo de corrosion y no tiene ni siquiera protección para mantener el piloto encendido, las primeras 2 noches no teníamos agua caliente porque no había gas y la ultima noche no tuvimos agua caliente porque el piloto se apago. La habitación no tenia TV, el aire acondicionado tiene cables colgando, el internet es bastante lento casi es solo bueno para mandar mensajes pero olvídate de hacer stream de videos, imposible. La comunicación con el manager es buena pero no tienen front desk 24 horas como dice ya que el chico vive como a 30 min, lo se porque la primer noche lo tuvimos que esperar a que llegara y a que limpiara el cuarto porque ni eso estaba listo. El lugar en si es tranquilo pero no es como lo pintan y mucho menos vale lo que cuesta y eso que lo agarre en promoción de black friday si no mucho menos valdria lo que cuesta. Tiene potencial si, pero necesita de mucho mantenimiento y de que bajen sus precios si es que quieren tener éxito.

Scary Rural House

Very disappointing service. No staff available on the premises for any imminent help needed. I was given a phone number to call for if I needed anything a person in charge would come to the house. Bedroom with no TV, itchy beds and poor set of sheets and towels, no hot water, no soap, and no shampoo in the bathroom. The place is rather scary at night and is not inviting for a walk around the neighborhood. There is nothing around at a walking distance, so you need a car, period. Locals do not recommend to be out at night, especially after 9 pm. The reason I stayed in this place was that I arrived there at night already and there was really no other place to go, even less at that time, and I was staying in that town for two nights only.
