Boring Hôtel nothing to do around
We needed to leave after one night and asked if they can rembursed us at least one night but they did not care about us…. The breakfast was horrible

Don't stay here
Don't stay here, it was horrible. The place was gross, it smelled like mildew, everything was dirty and disgusting. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. Glad we had only booked it for one night, I would have not stayed any longer.

We are traveling with our 2 small dogs. We always stay at this hotel. The personnel are very friendly and very accommodating for us— they bring dog treats, little beds & give us a very easy room to be able to walk them.

Clean and comfortable. The gym is nice and breakfast is good. Staff are helpful and there's safe parking. Also walkable to restaurants. Pet friendly with a fee.

Clean, quiet, good location perfect for a night. Friendly and helpful staff. My only comment is regarding the food, please can someone tell the staff in the kitchen that the arrabiatta sauce is meant to be a tomato sauce just a little bit spicy, my kids weren't able to eat it, seemed to me that they just threw a bowl of chipotle salsa into the pasta, it wasn't nice at all!

No room service? Give me a break!!
While other hotels in the city of Villahermosa provide room service, Hampton stubbornly doesn’t. This forces the tired traveler to remain dressed until the restaurant prepares a dinner and then go down and carry it up to the room. It’s ridiculous to have their restaurant package the meal and deliver it to the front desk, and force the guest to come down and fetch it, when the hotel employee that carried it to the front desk could take just a few minutes more to deliver it to the room
