"Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, itā€™s very safe. The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where...

"Wonderful place to stay and we canā€™t recommend it highly enough. The owners met us upon arrival and were helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully well presented, nice views and immaculately clean. The double jacuzzi bath and log fireplace a nice luxury and there was everything you could need during your stay. Even a little supermarket and an EV charging point nearby. We will definitely be back!!"

"Hotel is empty, no staff on reception,no security, have to go into a separate building where the bar is to find someone, then wait in empty hotel for them to leave the bar to check you in. I have used this hotel at least 6 times but this time the lady checking me in. Demanded i pay Ā£25 for my tiny dog!! For 1 night. Hence dog stayed in my car for the night. Will not use this hotel again. So they have lost a regular customer."

The rooms are big, the air conditioning works great, and the bar has fantastic food and drinks. Free parking right in front of the hotel. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be returning to this hotel in my future travels to Spain!"
