"L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Un appartement très propre, bien équipé, dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. Une situation idéale pour visiter la ville historique de Salamanque, tout peut se faire à pieds. Ne pas hésiter à garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain (peu de places disponibles près de la location) c'est ce que nous avons fait et c'était très bien. Un accueil sérieux et très bien organisé. A recommander sans soucis."

Can walk most anywhere, many great food options and remarkably quite even though it is right on the plaza - the windows/doors do a great job with keeping sound out! "I loved my stay in this very central property 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and only 15 from the Cathedrals and University. The building is clean and well maintained with a modern lift. There is a decent reasonably priced supermarket next door.The apartment is compact but more than adequate for 2 people so long as you don’t want to spend too much time there as the furnishing is basic and the apartment is a bit dark.
